1. Eligibility

This referral program is open to individuals aged 18 and older. You do not need to be a customer of Value Fence Tulsa LLC to participate. Employees, contractors, or representatives of Value Fence Tulsa LLC are not eligible to participate in this program.

2. Referral Submission

To qualify for the referral reward, all referrals must be submitted through the official company website at valuefencetulsa.com using the designated referral form. Referrals submitted through other methods will not be accepted or eligible for rewards.

3. Qualifying Projects

A referred project must meet the following criteria to qualify for the referral reward:

• The total project value must be $4,000 or more.
• The project must be completed and paid in full by the referred customer.
• The referral must be a new customer who has not previously received a quote or completed a project with Value Fence Tulsa LLC.

4. Referral Reward

• Qualified referrers will receive a $300 reward for each referred project that meets the above criteria.
• The reward will be issued as a check mailed directly from Value Fence Tulsa LLC to the referrer’s address.
• Payment will be issued after the referred project has been completed and full payment has been received from the referred customer.

5. Limitations and Exclusions

• There is no limit to the number of qualified referrals an individual may submit.
• Referrals must be submitted prior to the project being quoted or initiated.
• Value Fence Tulsa LLC reserves the right to verify referral information and disqualify any referral that does not meet eligibility or qualification criteria.
• Fraudulent or duplicate referrals will not be eligible for rewards.

6. Program Modifications

Value Fence Tulsa LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the company website.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Value Fence Tulsa LLC respects your privacy. Personal information collected through the referral program will be used solely for program administration and communication.

• Personal data will be stored securely within Value Fence Tulsa LLC’s internal systems.
• Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
